(ECNS) -- The Jakarta-Bandung High-Speed Railway recently recorded a 99.4% on-time departure rate in the first half of this year, with 10,574 of its 10,640 train services departing all on schedule, according to the latest data from operator PT Kereta Cepat Indonesia China. Customer satisfaction also averaged 95.79% over the same period. Satisfaction with train punctuality ranked highest at 98.27%, while the friendliness and professionalism of onboard staff and safety received ratings of 97.35% and 97.18%, respectively. The railway operates under an integrated management system, with all trains centrally dispatched and monitored in real time. 二 | 我们即使拿出丰富的数据进行反驳，也难以避免美国加征新一轮关税。
我在最近的直播里总结了六年贸易战的教训：
- 经济学家对新保护主义的反对大多不是源于自由贸易原教旨主义，而是源于美国最近在特朗普执政期间对中国进口商品征收广泛关税后的经验
- 关税--以及中国不可避免的报复--降低了消费、工资、制造业出口和总福利。贸易战带来的净福利损失与中国冲击带来的净收益形成了鲜明对比
- 关税并没有扭转美国制造业就业岗位减少的趋势，事实上还净损失了工厂的就业岗位。

在贸易战期间，少数行业和州的制造业就业出现增长，但增幅非常有限 - Autor, Dornand Hanson (2021): 中美贸易战成功地抬高了美国产品的价格，但并没有扩大受进口保护行业的就业。没有任何研究证明事后贸易保护主义措施可以帮助因过去的进口竞争而受到伤害的工人。
也就是说，即使提出“中国冲击论”，强力主张中国制造业出口造成美国失业的三位学者Autor, Dorn和Hanson，都坚决反对加征关税和贸易保护主义！
